Chimeratech Overdragon

If i Fused Chimeratech overdragon using Cyber Dragon on my field, cyber barrier dragon, cyber laser dragon, nd 2 x-head cannons from my hand with polymerization, and then used de-fusion, would i be able to special summon the barrier and laser dragons?

De-Fusion -
Return 1 Fusion Monster on the field to the Fusion Deck. In addition, if all the Fusion Material Monsters that were used for the Fusion Summon of that Fusion Monster are in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon them.

C.B.D -
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "Attack Reflector Unit". Once per turn, while this card is in Attack Position, your opponent's next attack is negated.

C.L.D -
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "Photon Generator Unit". Once per turn, you can destroy 1 monster with ATK or DEF equal to or higher than the ATK of this card.

This is what im not sure about, since C.L.D and C.B.D cant be summoned except via a certain card but de-fusion might be suggesting otherwise. Or have i just made a fool outta myself nd made an illegal fusion summon?

plz help!

You can perform the fusion summon, however the de-fusion will not work unless you have already summoned cyber laser dragon and cyber barrier dragon completly.

any monster that says "cannot be Special Summoned except with" OR "cannot be Special Summoned except by" CANNOT be revived from the graveyard PERIOD. They can only be special summon by the method mentioned on the card ONLY.
